I would kindly ask her if she would do an open adoption. But if the child is in Child Protective service would she be able to ask CPS if she can do an open adoption in a different state? I'm desperately in need of help.  I am in depth with my bills.  I am a full time office clerk with 3 dependents and pay mortgage, utilities bills, food, clothes and are behind 2 months on my utilities bills, didn't pay car insurance yet my electric light bill will be shutting off soon. I'm trying my hardest to make it but still need help. I am asking for at least 5,900.00 to catch up my bills.
